The Virginia Beach Sportsplex is a 6,000-seat stadium with six corporate suites, two large locker rooms, an enclosed media area, concession stands, and an outdoor covered gazebo. We are located in the VB Sports District and only a few miles away from the Oceanfront and Town Center.

LacrossFit combines lacrosse-specific speed and strength training with high repetition position-specific skill instruction. LacrossFit focuses on developing strength, explosiveness, speed, power, stability, balance, lacrosse-specific muscle memory, and on-field IQ.

The following are the schools that fall into the Beach Area for many of the local recreational lacrosse leagues. Players from these schools/neighborhoods would be placed on the age-appropriate teams participating in these leagues.
