If you are going hard and you are passionate about what you are doing, it doesn’t matter if you make a mistake, you just learn from it. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s about having a short memory, becoming better from the mistake, and worrying about executing the next play.

Helmet Reconditioning

Hampton Roads Lacrosse players are required to have a helmet that is NOCSAE Certified. The Team/Club will consider newly purchased helmets to be NOCSAE Certified for 3 years from the date of manufacture, so long as they remain in undamaged condition.
