Welcome to our website dedicated to the boys & girls; players in Coastal Virginia – including beginners, intermediate and advanced players. Our goal is to try to supply you with everything you need to know about playing lacrosse and to help you to become the best player you can be.
Our teams participate in the VISAA, VHSL, and the Hampton Roads Lacrosse League (HRLax), and our region extends from Virginia Beach to Suffolk, from Williamsburg, and all points in between. Bottom line, if you live in Coastal Virginia then there is a team for you – boys and girls youth, boys and girls HS, and this includes co-ed lax-tykes programs for under 8-year-olds.
My name is Scott Holava and I will be one of the boy’s coaches, mentors, and trainers throughout this season and beyond. We are excited to work with your children and to help them reach their full potential as lacrosse players and human beings. We want to try to help your family with everything there is to know about participating in and playing the game of lacrosse in Coastal Virginia. I have been around the game of lacrosse my entire life and I was lucky enough to be surrounded by great coaches, teammates, and family members who were instrumental to my success on and off the field.
